Winemaker

The Winemaker will be responsible for overseeing the production, storage, and quality of wine. The ideal candidate will have experience in winemaking processes, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional wine.

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Winemaker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship. The Winemaker will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing fermentation, monitoring aging processes, blending wines, and maintaining production records.

Responsibilities:

• Manage fermentation and oversee wine production
• Monitor aging processes and ensure wine quality standards are met
• Blend wines to achieve desired profiles
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records
• Operate winemaking equipment and machinery
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Viticulture, Enology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years of experience in winemaking or related field
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a winery environment
