Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives and driving sales in the San Diego area. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and a passion for wine.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the wine industry, as well as experience in sales management. The Sales Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including leading a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing sales budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of sales representatives
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Manage sales budgets
• Track and analyze sales data
• Stay up-to-date on the latest wine trends
• Work with other departments to ensure alignment with overall sales goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the wine industry
• Strong understanding of the wine industry
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
