Sales Associate

As a sales associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, developing new business, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and a proven track record of success in sales. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, helping them find the perfect wine for their needs, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and welcome them to the store
• Answer customer questions about our wines
• Recommend wines to customers based on their preferences
• Process customer payments
• Maintain the sales floor
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong product knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for wine
