Key Accounts Manager
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term business growth. The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing client portfolios, developing strategic account plans, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve business objectives
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver solutions that meet client needs
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and management
- Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and present reports on account status, including performance, opportunities, and challenges
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving growth
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve client issues effectively
