Direct Sales Manager

The Direct Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through direct sales channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for motivating teams to succeed.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at coaching and developing sales teams, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives. The Direct Sales Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including developing sales strategies, managing performance, and building relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of direct sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback, training, and support to ensure continuous improvement
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and prospects to expand business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in direct sales or sales management
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
