Operations Manager

As an operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including logistics, warehouse management, and supply chain management. You will also be responsible for ensuring the company's operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operations management principles and procedures, as well as experience in the wine industry. The Operations Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including overseeing production, inventory management, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production of wine
• Manage inventory
• Ensure quality control standards are met
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and implement operational plans
• Identify and resolve operational problems
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the wine industry
• Strong understanding of operations management principles and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
