Lab Technician

The Lab Technician will be responsible for performing tests, analyzing samples, and maintaining laboratory equipment to support research and production goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory operations, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for scientific accuracy and quality control.

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at working with precision, following protocols, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate results. The Lab Technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including sample preparation, equipment calibration, and data recording.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols
• Prepare, process, and analyze samples for quality assurance and research purposes
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy
• Record and analyze data, maintaining accurate and detailed logs of findings
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulatory standards in the lab
• Assist in developing and validating new testing procedures
• Maintain an organized and clean laboratory environment
• Collaborate with team members and provide support for ongoing projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years of experience in a laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with lab equipment, procedures, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in data analysis and laboratory software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle laboratory materials safely
