Customer Service Representative
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering product-related questions, and processing orders.
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and a proven track record of success in customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate issues to management as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for wine
