Accounting Manager

As an accounting manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also be responsible for managing the accounting team and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and a proven track record of success in accounting. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. You will also be responsible for preparing financial statements and reports, and ensuring that the company's financial records are accurate and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounting department
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure that the company's financial records are accurate and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Manage the accounting staff
• Work with the Chief Financial Officer and other senior management to develop and implement financial strategies
• Stay up-to-date on accounting and financial regulations
• Provide financial advice and support to other departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Passion for wine
